Skip the one size fits all mandate

Announcing that "everyone will now use this tool for everything" sounds efficient on paper, but it usually backfires because different roles have wildly different needs. Instead of one big rule, set a shared goal, like freeing up time on repetitive tasks, and let each person or small group figure out which task fits that goal for their own work. This keeps the spirit of the rollout consistent while giving people room to apply it where it actually helps. A flexible approach built around a shared goal earns far more genuine use than a rigid rule ever will.
