Turn one long video into many short clips with AI

Repurposing tools can scan a long recording, whether a podcast, a webinar, or a talk, and pull out several standalone segments that could work as short clips on their own. Instead of rewatching an hour of footage looking for moments worth clipping, you get a shortlist to review and trim. For anyone trying to post consistently without recording constantly, this is one of the biggest time savers available.

The clips it finds are a starting point, not a finished product. I look for a clear opening line first, since that's usually what decides whether a clip is worth trimming at all. Some will need a stronger opening line trimmed to the front, and some will not be worth posting at all, but even a partial hit rate saves real time.

Try this today: take your most recent long recording, run it through a clip-finding tool, and review the suggested segments for ones with a clear opening line and a complete thought. Trim and post the strongest one this week.
