Revisit the rollout and adjust after the first stretch

After the initial excitement of introducing AI to the team fades, it's worth stopping to actually look back at what happened instead of assuming everything is fine because nobody complained loudly. I build this check-in into my own process now, since silence has fooled me before into thinking something had stuck when it had quietly been dropped. Sit down as a group and go through what got used, what quietly got dropped, and what people are still hesitant to touch, being honest even when the answers aren't flattering. This kind of review catches the tools that technically launched but never really stuck, along with the tasks that turned out to need more human oversight than anyone expected at the start. Use what you learn to adjust the plan going forward, dropping what isn't working and doubling down on what clearly is. Treating the rollout as something you revisit, not something you finish, is what keeps it actually useful over time.
