Teach your AI tool your own editing habits
Some editing tools let you save preferences based on past edits, favorite transitions, typical clip length, a caption style you always use, so future suggestions start closer to your actual taste instead of a generic default. The more consistently you use a tool, the more its suggestions should start to feel like less work to correct.
This only pays off if you actually take the time to set preferences instead of accepting whatever comes out of the box. I set my own preferences the first week I use any new tool, and every suggestion since has needed less correcting. A few minutes spent configuring a tool the first time saves small corrections across every video you make after that.
Try this today: open the settings in whatever editing tool you use most and set your real preferences, clip length, caption style, transition choice, instead of leaving everything on default. Notice over your next few edits whether the suggestions start needing less correction.
