Rotate who champions the tool each quarter

Letting one person carry the entire weight of "the AI person" on a team works for a while, but it quietly makes the whole effort fragile, since everything depends on their energy and attention staying high forever. I rotate this role in my own teams on purpose, because I've watched a single champion burn out quietly while everyone assumed they still had the energy for it. Rotate the role every so often, handing the job of championing a tool, answering questions, and spotting new uses to someone different after a while. This spreads real understanding across more of the team instead of concentrating it in one head, and it keeps the role from burning out the person doing it. It also brings fresh eyes to the tool periodically, since a new champion often notices uses or problems the last one had simply stopped seeing. A team with several people who've each led the effort is far sturdier than one that leans on a single champion forever.
