Build in short sessions, not one marathon

I build in short sessions with a clear stopping point, rather than one long marathon trying to finish everything at once. A short session with a specific goal is easier to review than a long one that drifted.

Long, open-ended sessions make it hard to remember what changed and why, which means mistakes slip through unnoticed. A short session built around one specific goal, checked and saved before moving on, keeps every step small enough to actually understand. It also means a bad session only costs you a little time, instead of unraveling hours of work you can no longer fully account for.

Try this today: set a single specific goal for your next session, stop and check the result the moment you reach it, and save that version before starting anything new.
