Treat every finished claim as a question

When a coding session tells me something is done, I treat that as a question to check, not an answer to accept. I open the result myself and look, every single time, no exceptions.

A tool can look finished on the screen and still fail the moment real data touches it. Owners who accept "done" at face value end up finding out the hard way, usually in front of a client or a teammate. Treating every claim of completion as something you personally verify keeps you the final judge of your own tools, instead of handing that judgment over to whatever the coding session happens to report.
