Hold a weekly show and tell for wins

Adoption spreads through stories, not announcements, so give your team a regular moment to share what they tried with AI that week. A short weekly slot where one or two people show a real example, even a small one, keeps the idea alive without turning into a big formal training program. People learn faster from a coworker saying "here's what I did" than from any guide you could write, because it feels achievable and specific to their own world. It also surfaces problems early, since someone will mention the time the tool got something wrong, which is just as useful to hear as the wins. Keep it short, keep it casual, and rotate who presents so it never feels like one person's show.

Try this today: block off a few minutes at your next team meeting and ask one person to show the group something they did with AI that week, good or bad.
