Build your stack around one hub tool
Instead of picking tools one at a time, I pick a single hub first, something like a shared calendar, a customer list, or a project board, and then choose everything else based on how well it plugs into that hub.
This matters because a stack without a center turns into a pile of disconnected pieces. Information ends up scattered across five places, and nobody is sure which one is the real answer when two of them disagree. A hub gives your team one place to check first, and it gives every other tool a clear job: feed the hub, or pull from it.
Choosing the hub is the most important decision in your whole stack, so pick the one thing your business truly runs on, whether that is your customer relationships, your calendar, or your project work.
Try this today: name the one piece of information your team checks most during a normal day. Treat that as your hub, and audit whether your other tools actually connect to it or just sit beside it.
