Name an owner for every repeating task

A repeating task without a named owner quietly becomes yours by default, even if you never meant to keep it. Naming an owner means one specific person is responsible for it happening, every time, without a reminder from you.

Tasks without an owner are the ones that slip. They also tend to land back on the founder's desk because when nobody else clearly owns it, everyone assumes someone will catch it, usually you. Naming a real person changes that assumption fast. I have watched a task with no name attached drift back onto my own plate more than once, quietly, without anyone deciding it should.

Try this today: list every task your business repeats on a schedule and write one name next to each. If a task has no name, that is the task to hand off first, before it quietly becomes yours again next week.
