Keep a running list of what it can't do yet

Every time I hit something Claude Code can't handle cleanly, I add it to a short list instead of letting it slip my mind. Over weeks that list becomes a map of where a human still needs to step in.

Owners who skip this end up rediscovering the same limits over and over, usually at the worst moment, like during a client call. A running list turns scattered surprises into a known set of edge cases you plan around on purpose. It also helps you brief anyone else using the tool, since you can hand them the same short list instead of a vague warning to "watch out for weird stuff."

Try this today: open a plain note and write down the last thing your tool couldn't handle, then keep adding to that same note every time it happens again.
