Run a tiny pilot before the full rollout

Before you ask the whole team to change how they work, test the idea with a couple of people on a couple of tasks. I never skip this step myself, even when I'm confident a tool will work, because confidence and evidence are not the same thing. A small pilot shows you the real problems, like a step that confuses people or a task the tool handles badly, while the cost of being wrong is still low. If you skip straight to a company-wide rollout, every mistake becomes a public one, and people start doubting the whole idea instead of just fixing one weak spot. A pilot also gives you real examples to show the rest of the team, which beats any pitch you could write yourself. Keep the pilot short, with a clear end date, so it stays a test and doesn't quietly become the permanent process by accident. Treat it like a trial, gather notes, then decide with real evidence instead of a gut feeling.
