Match the tool to the person, not the other way

Take a little time to ask what each person's day actually looks like before deciding which task to automate for them first. This small bit of listening avoids the common trap of a one size fits all rollout that technically works for nobody in particular. People stick with tools that clearly fit their actual job, and they abandon ones that feel like they were built for someone else entirely.
