Spread a win from one desk to the team

When one person on your team quietly finds a great use for AI, that win often stays stuck at their desk unless someone makes a point of sharing it. I've seen good wins die at one desk more times than I can count, simply because nobody thought to ask that person to show it to anyone else. Don't wait for it to spread on its own through hallway conversation, because it usually won't reach everyone who could benefit. Ask that person to walk another teammate through exactly what they did, step by step, on a real task rather than just describing it in passing. Watching someone else do the task is far more convincing than hearing about it secondhand, and it gives the new person a chance to ask questions right away. This kind of peer teaching also takes pressure off you, since the person who found the win becomes the one explaining it, not you.

Try this today: find one small AI win someone on your team already has and set up a short session for them to show it to at least one other person.
