Keep a shared list of prompts that worked

Every team ends up with a few phrasings that reliably get good results from an AI tool, and a few that don't work at all no matter how you word them. I keep my own running list of exactly this, because the phrasing that works rarely comes to me twice unless I've written it down somewhere. Instead of letting each person rediscover this on their own through trial and error, keep a shared document where anyone can drop the exact wording that worked for a task. Over time this becomes a small internal library that saves everyone the frustration of starting from a blank page each time. It also helps new team members get good results almost immediately instead of stumbling through the same mistakes their coworkers already solved months earlier. Keep it simple, organized by task, and encourage people to add to it whenever they stumble onto something useful.
