One idea per clip, always

The biggest mistake I see in short clips is trying to fit a whole talk into one post. If a clip covers several separate ideas, none of them land, because the viewer's attention splits and remembers nothing clearly. One clip, one idea, said clearly, beats a crowded clip every single time it gets posted.

This matters because attention on a short clip is thin to begin with. You get a narrow window to make one point stick, and every extra idea you cram in steals time from the point that actually matters. When I catch myself trying to say too much in one clip, I stop and ask which single idea deserves this space, then I cut the rest for a different post entirely.

Try this today: look at your last recording and count how many separate ideas show up in it. If it is more than one, pick the strongest, cut a clip around only that idea, and save the rest as material for another post. You will end up with more content, not less.
